here’s lindsay’s interview. i’m sure you’ll love her when you’re done reading.
Where do you live?
In Utah. Where would I like to live? Amid the beautifully forested Colorado rockies in a luxurious mountain cabin complete with deer/moose antlers chandelier.
How did we meet?
What is your favorite thing to cook?
I prefer McDonald’s, Asukas, Bombay House, and Red Robin. I’m assuming this is what you mean.
What is your favorite beauty product?
Jonathan Dirt Hair Product, Bare Essentials ANYTHING, and, most recently, an ethnic hair care conditioning treatment I bought at Smith’s (yes, it is amazing, and yes, my hair is that legit).
What is one thing you can’t help but splurge on?
Moccassins. Why settle for Minnetonka when you can have genuine sheepskin lined, double-stitched pillows-for-your-feet meticulously handcrafted by Tibetan sherpas? I know, right?
What movie can you recite by heart?
The Mummy. I watched it every night the summer between 8th and 9th grade.
What is your favorite TV show?
The Office (what else). And, thanks to you, the ridiculous Gossip Girl.
What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Hang out with the hot ‘n sexy T-Ramp. He makes me melt with his seductive ways.
What is one trend that totally victimized you?
Bangs. Bangs + curly hair = you look like an idiot.
If you could trade lives with anyone for a day who would you chose?
My dog Tucker.
What is your favorite comfort food?
Big Macs and Krispy Kremes and cinnamon rolls and mac and cheese and Dr. Pepper. aka: anything that further increases my genetic disposition for high blood pressure. I’m basically a walking heart attack.
What famous person do you think you most resemble?
Fozzie Bear. Though, I’m often told I look like the christian rock singer Amy Grant. (BTW: You’re not making Christianity any better, you’re just making Rock worse.)
What is your favorite memory of us together?
Oh, so many! Anytime we have danced at a dance party or just in someone’s apartment. Anytime we went out to eat or ordered pizza (especially heart-shaped pizza) or played scrabble. Anytime we watched Mean Girls or Skeleton Key or The Office or The Baby-sitters Club. Every Thursday morning Freshmen year when we had breakfast at the Canc and stole maple donuts. That time we made that sweet music video to Glamorous that I still am too embarrased to show to my husband. Everyday we worked together and got to be entertained by such interesting characters as Long Hair or the Three Musketeers or the Polys or Bossy Chick who calls coil ‘filament’. You practically cutting your hand off at work when you start messing with the coil-maker. All the BYU games we went to Sophomore year when we had season passes together and you finally got to take a pictue with Cosmo the Cougar. Those delicious Pina Colada Icee drink things you mixed up in your blender Sophomore year. There are so many, how can I pick one?
