although i’m not a photography wiz by any means, i do like to partake in some harmless photo editing once in a while to make it look like i am…
1 15-ounce can of pumpkin
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bake in lined muffin pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
This can also be baked in a cake pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
