>hangin’ with oscar, lincoln and the ancient greeks

>what do these two things have in common?

+ = ?

they were both just a few inches from my face!

tonight my FHE group had the cool opportunity to get a special showing of some of the coolest items in special collections at the library. we saw original manuscripts of the D&C written by oliver cowdery, abraham lincoln’s handwriting, a 4,000 year old cuneiform tablet, an orginial first edition book of mormon, and an academy award. it was so cool.

other things of note that they have there are an orginial score of gone with the wind music, jimmy stewart’s copy of “it’s a wonderful life” as well as 2 of his accordions, 4 more oscar awards, and countless other things from church, national, and world history.

i’m still in awe.
